Shipping:
All orders must be paid for prior to shipment via Pay Pal on our website.
Once an order is paid for we will forward the order to our fulfillment department. Typically ALL orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days.
ALL orders are shipped via UPS and are delivered without signature required. You may leave additional notes for your order with specific instructions on where to place your packages via the notes section in your ordering process.
You WILL be supplied a tracking number once your products ship. You can log into our website to check the status, or you may check your email. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Return Policy:
We accept returns on products only if they meet the following chriteria:
- Products must be in their FACTORY NEW un-opened condition. This means SEALED!
- Products must be returned within 15 days of purchase date. No Exceptions.
- ALL products are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
- Buyer must pay all shipping costs to and from DIY Pest Supplies.
- Your original shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. No Exceptions
